1. Who we are

BLAIZE WATCHES TRADING is a watch brand operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and every purchase you make from Blaize. 2. Products and pricing

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include VAT where applicable. We take care to photograph our products accurately, but slight variations in color can occur between screens and the physical product; such variations are not a defect.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a clear error, we may cancel the order before dispatch and refund any amount paid in full.

3. Orders and acceptance

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. A contract between you and Blaize is formed only when your order is dispatched. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or stock unavailability. In every such case any amount paid will be refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by licensed payment providers. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Card details are handled entirely by the payment provider and never reach or get stored on our systems.

5. Delivery

Delivery within the UAE is complimentary and typically takes 1 to 3 business days from dispatch. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Where international shipping is offered, shipping fees are shown at checkout and any customs duties or import taxes at the destination are the customer's responsibility.

6. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Returns and refunds are accepted only where a product is defective, not functional, damaged on arrival, or not the item you ordered, as set out in our Return Policy and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law.

7. Warranty

Every Blaize watch is covered by a two-year international warranty against manufacturing defects in the movement, case, and dial. The warranty does not cover normal wear, strap wear, crystal damage from impact, water damage caused by misuse, or any product that has been opened or repaired outside Blaize.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Blaize name, monogram, product designs, photography, and copy, is the property of Blaize and may not be reproduced without written consent.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
