Cancellation Policy

1. Before dispatch
You can cancel any order free of charge at any time before it has been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 126 7557 or email contact@blaizewatches.ae with your order number, and we will cancel the order and refund the full amount to your original payment method.
2. After dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled. All sales are final on delivery, except where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case our Return Policy applies.
3. Cancellations by Blaize
In the rare case we must cancel an order, for example a stock error, a clear pricing error, or a delivery area we cannot reach, we will notify you promptly and refund the full amount paid.
